Yet, every day, millions of people are being devastated by the housing emergency. We believe we all have the obligation to prevent and eliminate homelessness.
Stand Together Network aims to work and try its best to prevent people become homeless, or support people who are sleeping on the streets into secure accommodation. We also support those at risk of homelessness, or people affected by homelessness at every step of leaving homelessness and recover from the negative impact of homelessness.
We work with people of all ages, from all walks of life.
We provide professional advice and practical emotional support to help people to turn their lives around by finding a safe housing and move out of homelessness for good and rebuild their lives.

Our dedicated and passionate advisors will work with you on a one-to-one basis to assess your needs and identify which of our services you would most benefit from. Our services focus on the different stages of your journey of homelessness or sleeping rough: before, during and after.
These services range from outreach, accommodation and floating support services, to skills, employment and care, depending on the local area and the needs of the people there.
We also work with local organisations to provide safe and secure accommodation, food and clothes, and access to medical care and support services
We proudly offer a variety of courses and services at no cost. Whether you are an individual or an organisation, we warmly welcome your referrals. If you are considering making a referral, including self-referrals, please know that we are eager to hear from you. Your engagement in this process is greatly valued and plays a significant role in the success of our programs.
We also provide upskilling training and education service to help homeless people to get back into education, training, and employment. We provide free forums / webinars, courses, workshops, and training opportunities (Including basic skills, e.g., English, Maths, and ICT and others)
Our training courses aim to you to develop your essential and employability skills, gain recognised qualifications, finding work/volunteering and sustaining employment.
We also support homeless people by providing free health, wellbeing and safety advice, housing advice, skills and employment training, volunteering and work placement opportunities and cross referral to get legal help from professionals.
